Terms and Conditions

  • Package: Price per package is $180 plus tax good for 10 to 12 people

  • Orders: accepted only through December 18, 2013.

  • Cancellation requests must be made via email used for order. An adminstration fee of $15 will be deducted from refund amount of all cancelled orders received through December 16, 2013. No refunds will be given for cancellations after December 16, 2013.

  • Delivery will be on December 24, 2013 between 8 AM to 7 PM. Please note that due to routing and unpredictability of traffic, we will not be able to accept requests for deliveries at specific times. However, you will be contacted on December 21st via telephone and email to advise you of a 5 hour range of delivery time.

  • Someone must be present to receive the food during the 5 hour period. If noone is available to receive the food, a fee of $80 will be charged for redelivery, if available, at Le Saucier's discretion. In addition, client (you) release, indemnify, and hold harmless Le Saucier, Inc. from and against any claims, demands, actions, liens, rights, subrogated or contribution interests, debts, liabilities, judgments, costs, and attorney’s fees, arising out of failed delivery of food.
