| Are you licensed and insured?
Yes, we are insured and fully licensed. All our chefs and cooks have Food Handler's Certificates. Our kitchen is also fully licensed by NY State. |

| Do you require a deposit to hold my date?
We can hold your date (if available) for a period of 24 hours. We will need a signed contract or a purchase order and a deposit to hold your date permanently. |

| What is your payment policy?
We require a non-refundable 30% deposit upon submission of purchase order or signed contract. 40% upon finalization of menu and services or 45 days after first deposit whichever is shorter. At this time, we start working on your event. The balance will be due five (5) days before the event. |

We accept Visa, Mastercard and Discover.

| What is your refund and cancellation policy?
You can cancel your event only by written notification. Since we require smaller payment increments than most during the various stages for the preparation of your event, payments already made are not refundable. There is no additional fee in case of emergency or change of date within 30 days of original date with the exception of additional expenses incurred due to date change (such as expired food) which will be charged at cost. |

| Is gratuity included in the final bill?
Gratuity is completely voluntary and will not be included in your proposal nor your invoices. |

| Are there any other expenses or fees that are not included in the contract?
No. Everything will be outlined in your quote and contract. In the event that additional costs arises due a change of date, an addendum will be added to your contract after your approval. |
