| Do you offer set menus and/or customized menus?
We offer both set and customized menus. However, we customize almost all of our client's menu. Depending on the type, theme (if any), guest demographics (ethnicity, dietary requirement, etc.) and our client's wishes. We present a variety of choices for consideration which we adjust per our client's instrucitons. We even customize our set menus for those who do not require any special menus if our clients so desire. |

| Do you offer menus with dietary restrictions (medical, lifestyle, religon etc..)?
We do menus for all types of dietary restriction from vegan to low-sodium. We can include dishes within your menu that will adhere to the dietary restrictions that you acquire or create a completely separate menu. However we do not offer menus for religeous diets (kosher, halal, hindu, etc.). Although we understand the restrictions required in the ingredients, kitchen and cooking procedures, we prefer to leave these to the experts. |

| Can you source organic or sustainably farmed ingredients?
As a rule, we use the freshest organic and sustainably farmed ingredients whenever possible. |

| I don't like paper and plastic plates but want my hors d'oeuvres in disposable vessles.
We do not serve our food on paper and plastic containers found in grocery stores. On hors d'oeuvres that cannot be served with edible vessels that we make ourselves, we have suppliers that manufacture beautiful, trendy and eco-friendly dinnerware and cutlery. |

| Do you offer tastings?
We do offer fabulous tasting experiences. We charge a minimum of $250 for 4 people and $30 for each additional person up to a maximum of 8. The full amount will be deducted from your final payment. |

| Can I take home leftover food?
For health and sanitary reasons we do not allow leftover food to be taken home. However, we can deliver (distance restricted) to your designated soup kitchen or charitable organization or you can arrange the leftover food to be picked up by someone who has proper id form your designated organization. |

| How much time do you need for set up and removal?
Depending on the size and type of your event, we need a minimum of 2 hours set up time and 1 hour of removal. Of course, the more time the better. |

| How much time do I have to give you the final guest count?
We will need your final head count 8 days prior to your event. |

| Will you have enough food in case some uninvited guest crash the event?
We autmoatically add a clause to the contract that allow for up to 5 additional guests at the last minute. We will semd you an invoice for any additional "surprises" so you do not have to worry about handling money during your event. |
